i like the short to the point image you gave. i wonder though if its a metaphor or simile used? either way it was a good image of your car.
I think Joe is pointing out that the original compares the human/man-made with something natural. What would happen if you compared your car to something natural that would hint or give us a picture of those dings and dents?
